TRAINING IS THE CORE ELEMENT OF SEVEN STAR SECURITY PVT. LTD.


SEVEN STAR SECURITY PVT LTD has its own fully fledged training center/ infrastructure at Vashi, Navi Mumbai duly recognized by Home Guard for imparting requisite training to all the guarding personnel's recruited by our company which caters for both pre induction & post induction training programs in which about 40 Security Personnel are available for training & passing out every month. Further, for far flung locations, we depute our training manager/ officer at the site to ensure that guards are trained at all time.

We being an ISO 9001-2015 certified organization gives impetus to total adherence of laid down quality management systems, quality selection of guards, imparting of proper/ regular training time to time as per the specific site requirement with special focus on disaster management, proactive site monitoring day/ night by our operations team along with timely wages & adherence to laid down statutory obligations. All these aforesaid proactive measures adopted from our end have resulted into SEVEN STAR SECURITY PVT LTD achieving optimum client retention & satisfaction at all levels.

Recruitment- Guarding / Direct Staff


The personnel employed for our Guarding Division are having basic education level of minimum 10th standard. All the guarding personnel’s are given in house training of 12 days as per the laid down PASARA syllabus before actual deployment at client’s location to ensure that they are fully trained to perform their duties in best possible manner.
Specialized training is also given to security personnel to be deployed at specific locations viz. Bank/ ATM’s, MNC’s, Manufacturing Industry, Technology, Corporate & Hospitality sector.
Apart from that, all the employees are further given refresher & on job training on weekly basis with total 52 training days every year for all existing employee covering specific training based on actual job profile.

TRAINING


  • Training is provided to all guarding personnel performing activities at client’s location as per the identified training needs which directly effects quality of services provided to the customer.
  • The training provided to the guarding personnel is basic & job based training. Training imparted is as per the laid down time schedule.
  • Training of guarding personnel is carried out on an ongoing basis & as per the laid down syllabus under PASARA Act. The training imparted to the personnel is both physical and theoretical in nature.
  • The Syllabus for the training is comprehensive and covers all possible training needs for the personnel in performing their respective functional duties.
  • At the end of the training, proper test is taken to assess the aptitude of staff in the form of drill/ parade test and written test along with their score card to evaluate personnel for their successful in the training conducted.
  • Refresher/ on job training is carried out on regular weekly basis covering unit specific job requirements. Apart from that, Customized/ Specialized training is also provided based on the special requirement of the client.
  • Candidates passing the training test after completion of mandatory training are segregated as per their aptitude under Industrial, Technology, Corporate, Hospitality, Marine category.
  • Customized Training is imparted to ensure up gradation of skill –sets with respect to SLAs and advances in guarding practices from time to time along with regular on the job training.
  • Service Re-audits are done at regular intervals to recommend maximum productivity and analyze the flexibility in operational preparedness on changing threat and risk perceptions with respect to physical and electronic security arrangement.
